Write a ReviewWe carefully interviewed Jeff in January 2025. His bio, expertise and reviews looked great. Told him about our previous realtor experience who didn’t engage with us after the listing was posted. Jeff assured us that he would be different and would communicate with us each week. He was impressed with our home and was shocked it didn’t show under the previous realtor. He was fully aware of being located next to a Cumberland Farms on a main Road. Listed the house for $499,000. Jeff didn’t keep his word on the communication. He needed to be text messaged and called. He never initiated a conversation unless he was pressed to. No views on home we called and agreed to lower the price to $475,000. Again, no feedback on market issues from Jeff or any proposed strategy to help sell. Refuses to do open houses. Will not update photos, house description or entertain any suggestions. When pressed he updated outdoor photos for spring but stole the photos from the previous realtor who was deceased. Wouldn’t highlight key aspects of home (Generac whole home generator) but did mention them in a footnote in the description. House sat with only 2 showings. No communication from him how to proceed, you have to ask and press him to do so. Frustrated, he demanded we drastically lowball the price of our home from $475k to $399k. We refused to make that huge leap and settled with $439k. Showed the house a few times and we asked for feedback from those potential buyers. There was no feedback so he lied to us stating “Nice home, terrible location”. When pressed about this he deflected. When approached about his lack of communication and commitment his response was to tell us that he’s not re-listing the home and that it will never sell over $400k essentially because it’s in a “terrible location”. Although he had no issue listing it for $499,000k four months prior despite the location. He initially felt confident it would sell because the home is in remarkable condition. We ended our contract 3 weeks early. Jeff is also not accessible in the afternoon hours. My personal opinion is Jeff is looking for that quick easy sale. If it requires anything more than posting a photo on MLS you won’t get much traction. Positives? He has good local knowledge of the area and could probably handle the paperwork part of any transaction. He does respond to texts and calls but don’t look for him to initiate them.

After working with a another broker, we found Jeff via the internet and property he was representing. Jeff listened to out needs, respected our budget, was patient and persistent not pushy. He never encouraged us to go above our budget, in fact would send us proprieties under our budget for us to consider. We always felt like he was more concerned with helping us find a long-term home than quick sale. All calls and emails were quickly answered, no question too small. He was a great agent and made this process much easier.

Jeff was awesome to work with. Jeff did a great job selling our home. Our home sold in 3 days. I would definitely use Jeff again and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a Real Estate Agent. I give him 10 stars. Debbie & Vito

Jeff did a fantastic job putting our home on the Internet. He took very good pictures that represented our home very well. He was able to get our home sold very quickly. Our home was listed with other realtors for over a year without any results. With Jeff, we had a final offer on our home and closed within three months of listing. I definately recommend Jeff and we will get the word out to people we know who are selling their homes. I'm sure they too will have a very positive experience.

Jeff was excellent from start to finish. He was knowledgable, reassuring, helpful, and on task at all times. Whether I had a question at 7am or 8pm...he responded always. Jeff is a jack of all trades, he quickly sold our home while diligently looking to find us a new one. We couldn't be happier in our new home and with our overall experience.
